+ Do I need to be there for my appointement ?

Yes, you must be present to give us your bike. Be sure to arrive at the meeting place 5 minutes early to have time to discuss with our technician the problems with your bike. Allow 10-15 minutes of your time for our technician to give you the final diagnosis of the work to be done on your bike and the total amount of repairs. We also ask that you be present to pick up your bike at the end of the work. You will then proceed to the payment of the balance for the work done on your bike by our technician.

+ Mobile Workshop

In case of cancellation with 72 hours or more notice, we will reimburse the full travel fee. In case of cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, the travel fee will not be refunded. Since we are committed to being punctual, we ask the same of you.

If after more than 15 minutes on site no one has shown up for your appointment, we will leave the premises and the travel fee will be charged.

In the current context with the Coronavirus still circulating, we follow the sanitary measures put forward by the government. Should our services be interrupted by new restrictions put forth by the Public Health, we will advise you as soon as possible.

+ Courses and Events

In case of cancellation with 3 weeks or more notice, the cost of the training is refunded at 100%. Cancellations between 3 weeks and 1 week before the training date, 50% of the cost is refunded. Cancellations with less than one week notice will not be eligible for a refund. Our corporate services quotes are valid for 4 months from the date of issue.

+ Guarantees

We commit to perform the work as discussed with you. In the event of a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the issues discovered while making the planned repairs. If a bike is deemed unsafe we reserve the right to stop the work, in which case the time already spent will be charged. Repairs made are covered by a 30-day warranty; however, this warranty does not cover accidents, normal wear and tear or breakage due to negligence.

CycloChrome collects certain personal information in order to provide its services. This information is collected transparently through the forms that you fill out when using the services in question.

Your information will never be sold or exchanged with any other entity except our own service providers. Our service providers, such as shipping services and payment processors, will never have access to more than is necessary to fulfill their role.
