+ Can I enroll in bike mechanics trade program directly with you?

Registrations for the trade program in bike mechanics are done through the inforouteFPT site of Compétences Québec, we cannot register you ourselves.



Company Policies
+ Courses and Events

In the event of a training or event cancellation with 3 weeks or more notice, the cost of the training is refunded at 100% and there is no event cancellation fee. For cancellations between 3 weeks and 1 week prior to the training date, 50% of the training cost is refunded, or 50% of the event fee will be charged. Cancellations with less than 1 week notice will not be eligible for a refund and will be charged at 100%. Our corporate services quotes are valid for 4 months from the date of issue.

Please note that we always apply the sanitary measures put forward by the Public health expertise and reference centre. If our services are interrupted by new government restrictions, we will advise you as soon as possible.

+ Guarantees

We commit to perform the work as discussed with you. In the event of a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the issues discovered while making the planned repairs. If a bike is deemed unsafe we reserve the right to stop the work, in which case the time already spent will be charged. Repairs made are covered by a 30 day warranty for bikes and batteries and 6 months for motors; this warranty does not cover accidents, normal wear and tear, breakage due to negligence or flat tires.

CycloChrome collects certain personal information in order to provide its services. This information is collected transparently through the forms that you fill out when using the services in question.

Your information will never be sold or exchanged with any other entity except our own service providers. Our service providers, such as shipping services and payment processors, will never have access to more than is necessary to fulfill their role.
